Girls have fun meeting new friends and learning new skills in Girl Scouts!

It’s registration season for the Girl Scouts of Western New York (GSWNY). Troops are forming throughout Western New York, and it’s the perfect time for girls to begin a Girl Scout journey of fun, learning, and adventure.

Girl Scout representatives will on hand to answer questions and register new Girl Scouts at: Panama Rocks Scenic Park, 11 Rock Hill Rd., Panama, on Saturday, Oct. 14, from 10am to Noon.

When a girl becomes a Girl Scout, it’s the start of life-long adventure in learning life skills, developing leadership skills, and making friends. Girl Scouts are our next-generation social change makers, entrepreneurs, and community leaders.

There is also a need for adult volunteers who may be interested in leading or co-leading a troop.
