Come to the library for a special story time with Mr. Dean from the Buffalo Audubon Center of Beaver Meadow! In the book Little Tom Turkey by Frances Bloxam, children discover the real lives of wild turkeys. The children will learn about jakes, hens, toms, poults, and even how fast they can run and how far they can fly. Come practice your strutting and hear the live turkey call! Each child makes a terrific turkey to take home. This program is best for children 5-12, but all are welcome! Please register at 716-875-0562.
