Launch of 2022-23 Application for Buffalo Public Charter Schools

Enroll Buffalo Charters

Prior to the launch of Enroll Buffalo Charters last year, parents looking to enroll their child in one of Buffalo’s high-performing public charter schools would need to submit individual applications to each school in the hopes of securing a seat. Now, thanks to Enroll Buffalo Charters, parents only need to fill out one application to apply to nearly all of the area’s public charter schools.

The application, which is free and available online in English and Spanish is accessed on the Enroll Buffalo Charters website (www.enrollbuffalocharters.org) and launched publicly on December 1, 2021, for the 2022 school year. In addition to the single user-friendly application, the site features basic information on the local participating schools, including performance data from the state, which can be filtered by grade and location. Families can also get paper copies of the application at participating schools in English, Spanish, French, Arabic, Burmese, and Swahili. The application deadline for the 2022-2023 school year is April 1, 2022.
