This annual event offers a vibrant, hands-on experience for families to explore their creativity. Designed for children from Pre-K to 3rd grade, this event provides a unique opportunity for young artists, imaginative children, and families to come together and enjoy the arts, music, performances, food, and more.

Event highlights include:

Special Performances sponsored by Hodgson Russ

• Music by DJ Lisa Lux (all day)

• Hula Hooping with Cynthia Vogel (all day)

• Magic Show with Ted Baumhauer (10:30am)

• BubbleMania with Doug Rougeux (12:30pm)

Hands-On Fun

• Creative Art Activities - Create slap bracelets, mini "zines," watercolor cards, tambourines, and more with the guidance of our talented Teaching Artists

• Exciting workshops with cultural partners The Herschell Carrousel Factory

Museum and Theatre of Youth

• Face Painting & Balloon Art

The first 200 families will be given a gift bag to commemorate this creative day.

Arts for Learning WNY's mission is to inspire, expand learning, and strengthen the community through engagement with the arts. They provide services in Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Niagara, Orleans, and Wyoming counties. Every day, they fulfill their mission through residencies, workshops, and performances in educational, cultural, and community centers. Arts for Learning WNY was established in 1962 and celebrated 60 years of service in 2022.
