We welcome the return of our Read to the Dogs Program for Children in Grades K-6 at the North Tonawanda Public Library, 505 Meadow Drive, www.ntlibrary.org.
Children in Grades K-6 may practice their reading skills and make a new friend by reading aloud to a certified therapy dog. We are very excited to introduce you to our new friend Kurly, the dog.
She loves when children read to her, so bring your child to the Library, on SUNDAY, December 11th from 2:45-4:30 P.M. This time includes a flexible 15-minute break for Kurly.
You may sign up for a 15-minute session by calling the library at 716-693-4132, EXT. 5. This is a great opportunity for children who are reluctant readers, reluctant about dogs, or just love to read and be with our friend, Kurly! We ask parents of children ages 10 and younger to please stay in the library.
