Twice each Wednesday October-March preschool students and their caregivers participate in a program targeted to develop skills that are essential for success in Kindergarten.
The program includes museum exploration, circle time, story time, fine/gross motor development lessons and a take home art project. In order to encourage caregivers and children reading together at home after the program, each participant receives a book list with suggested readings on the day’s topic.
This program has limited attendance to ensure each child receives a high quality educational experience. Advance registration is required by calling 655-5131 ext. 14 and cost is $1 plus price of admission.
This event will take place on December 5, December 12, and December 19th (but NOT December 26). On each of these 3 dates, there is a 9:30 to 10:30 AM class and a 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM class.
