What goes screech, peep, and chirp in the night? Tifft and Ecology and Environment, Inc. biologists will present a special evening of Buffalo’s wild nightlife. Participants will safely observe scientific techniques in action like bat mist netting and learn more about the importance of bats to the ecosystem and threats they face. On a guided hike we’ll lure in insects of the night for a closer look and listen for amphibians and owls calling in the marsh. Space is limited. Pre-registration required. Non-Members: $5.
