Our calendar lists Western New York events for children, parents, and families as a whole. If you would like your event to be considered for the inclusion in our print or online calendar, information must be received by NOON on the 15th of the month for the NEXT month's issue.

Be sure to include date, time a brief event description, any costs involved, pre-registration requirements (if any), and a phone number the public can call if they have questions about your event. Also include a phone number where you can be reached if our editor has questions or needs more details.

 

Items received beyond this deadline will be considered for the "Online Exclusives" section of this web site.

 

Please note that due to the volume of items we receive, submission does not guarantee that your item will appear in our print or online calendars. Our calendar editor works within time and space limitations each month with the goal of creating a well-balanced and interesting selection of Western New York events.
